Four hours, six people, one kitchen. We start at the vegetable market, then go home and stuff vine leaves and courgettes, make molokhia the way it should be made with the garlic hissed into it at the end, and bake om ali for after. Everybody chops, everybody eats, and you leave with the recipes written out. Vegetarian version on request.
