A palm-frond hut ten metres from the water at the north end of Assalah, with a mattress, a fan, a mosquito net and a shared bathroom block. Breakfast is bread baked in the sand, eggs, white cheese and tea. Eel Garden is directly in front of you, so you can be in the reef before anyone else is awake. Simple on purpose.
